Post 23: Reflection paragraph on sources
When it came to finding my sources to my topic,it was set of easy.I typed in my questions on google, and then I with through each little cite they gave me, until I found the one that I thought was useful and very reliable. The most useful cite to me was the one where it gave me a list of jobs, with the amount of money they make, nod what does each job do. I also find it useful because those are the types of jobs you can receive with a degree. All of my cites were trustworthy because none of them wasn't from the use of Wikipedia. They were also trustworthy because it wasn't some that younger kids wrote about using made up facts, it was something that was mostly used by people who experienced being a business manager, or that decided to help create useful facts. The one that displayed obvious bias, was the one that talked about the different degrees.

Post 21:Reflection paragraph on process
I felt that my research topic was very easy. It was very easy for me to find all the answers to my research questions, because I knew exactly what I was looking for. When I was researching on whether or not if I would have to go to a college or university to get my degree, on the website where I found my answer from said that I an go to a college, university, or business school. The most difficult part about it, was trying to find a chart or graph that shows how much money could you make without a degree and how much can you make with a degree.I enjoyed the chart where it showed how much money you can make with a degree. I also enjoyed the part where they showed the requiemens for being a business manager.I dislike the fact wherethey didn't have as many pictures to show with business managers holding up their diplomas. If I would have to do this project again, I probably add a picture of each of the degrees you can receive.I also would go further into everything you will have to take in the college or university.

Post 19: Reflection paragraph on findings
I'm amazed to find out everything that I wanted to know about what it takes to become a business manager. Recently, people have learned to research on things like this, and ask more questions. Learning about whether or not will you have to go to a college or univeristy, has helped me learned a lot. Also about how the financial aid system works, and the types of degrees I can receive is really helping me a little to prepare for college. Also learning about what the types of jobs you can receive with a degree in business, how much they get paid, and what they does, helps me think a lot about what type of or job I want to pick after receving a business degree. It seems like most of the things didn't even take common sense, but most people wouldn't know if they don't take the time to research. I've really enjoyed resarching on my topic, and get the answers to my search questions. I'm very interested and anxious to go deeper into my research topic, on what are the expectations to becoming a business manager.
Post 18: Finding Paragraph # 3
Many questions have been asked about what's the estimated finiancial aid will take to cover the cost to cover books and etc. for business managers. The amount of financial aid you will receive depends on your cost of attendace at school(Federal Student Aid). It also depends on whether you have an expected family or not. If you are staying on campus, then you might get a little more financial aid than the ones who doesn't stay on campus. There are still many questions asked about financial aid, because some people now in today's history, still don't undestand anything about financial aid. Some still have questions about how much financial aid will they receive and what all does financial aid covers. Using the site that I used to figure out how much financial aid will you will receive whether if you are staying online of not, is the same site that today's generatyion needs to be using. There are still as many questions out their today, that has people wondering about their financial aid.
Post 17: Finding Paragraph # 2
The existence of what kind of jobs can businss managers receive with a degree, has made people wonder. There are many different kind of jobs that business managers can receive. For example, you can be an accountant, if you have a degree. An accountant is a person who is in charge of maintaining, editing, and reporting private or public financial records(Marylhurst University). Another job for a business manager that has an degree is a banker. A banker is responsible for monitoring financial activities and dealing with private and corporate customers in retail or commercial banking officers. The new generations probably didn't know that until they did a little research. Only thing about it though is that some jobs get paid well more than other, but if you compare that without a degree, than you would prefer to stick with the money you receiving with the degree. We also see that you will have to be a very neat and organized perosn in order to be an business manager.
Post 16: Finding Paragraph #1
Questions about what it takes to become a business manager has been answered, so that people know waht it takes in case they want to be one one day. We want to know whether or not will we have to go to a college or a university? Throughout all school years, you can go to a business school, college, or university to earn a business degree(Karen Schweitzer). We now know more in what to expect when we get ready to go to college. We still have more questions that we would like to ask, if it's something else we come across and we don't know it. The most popular thing now that people are wanting to have, so that they can get a better job is a degree. Some may still be deciding what is best for them, when they are deciding how do they want to go to school for something to get a degree for. I would think that it would be better to go to a university, because if you go to a university then you will be there for at least for years at the most, and you won't have to worry about doing more years in school if you can't get the job you want, based on going to a college. The theory of figuring out how you will have to go to school to get a business degree, has now been discovered.

Post 15: Quote, paraphrase, and citation #5
Quote: Determine if you have a basis to ask your professor for a grade review. You have to understand things from the professor's point of view when it comes to grades. The professor has to do his or her best to treat everybody fairly when it comes to grading. If a professor reads an exam or paper again, that is giving that paper or exam extra consideration which others in the class will not have. Therefore you really must have a good, solid reason for the professor to give you extra consideration.
Paraphrase: this explains why you should study while you are in college, and to never slack up on your work.It also explains why you should have a really good explanation or excuse to tell your professor, when you are trying to tell he/she why you need extra points on something. For example, if you don't turn in no work, than you get a failing grade because the professors treats everyone fairly.

Quote:
Associate's Degree - An associate's degree can be earned from a 2-year college, a 4-year college or university, or a business school. Most associate's programs in management take two years to complete. Curriculum generally includes instruction in general education topics, such as English, math, and science, in addition to courses in business, finance, communications, and leadership.
Bachelor's Degree - Like an associate's degree, a bachelor's degree in an undergraduate degree. Bachelor's degrees in management can be earned from any 4-year college or university. Some business schools also offer bachelor's degree programs. Curriculum includes general education courses as well as comprehensive instruction in management, leadership, business operations, and related topics.
Master's Degree - A master's degree in management can be earned from colleges, universities, and business schools that offer graduate programs. One of the most popular master's degrees is an MBA in management. The average master's degree program takes two years to complete, but there are some programs that can be completed in as little as 11-18 months. A master's degree program in management generally consists of intensive study. Students will explore many different management topics and may be required to complete an internship to earn their degree.
Doctorate Degree - A doctorate degree is the highest academic degree that can be earned. Not every school offers this degree. However, there are many U.S. universities and business schools that do provide doctorate programs in management. These programs often focus on research, though there are some programs that are geared toward students interested in a professional doctorate degree.
Paraphrase: This explains the degrees from the highest degree to the lowest degree. It tells you whether or not if you have to go to a college or university to get the degree, and how many years of college will you have to complete. Also it tells you that you can even graduate from a college or university, and get a degree within months. It's saying that you will have to graduate from a college or university to get a degree.

It also shows how much money you can receive after graduating from college, with any type of degree.looking at this chart, I think it's best to receive a degree before trying to jump ahead and become a business manager. I would rather to do that because I see that I will make more money, then just being a business manager without a degree.

Quote: "The financial aid staff starts by deciding upon your cost of attendance (COA) at that school.
They then consider your Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
They subtract your EFC from your COA to determine the amount of your financial need and therefore how much need-based aid you can get.
To determine how much non-need-based aid you can get, the school takes your cost of attendance and subtracts any financial aid you’ve already been awarded."
Paraphrase: It shows that your financial aid depends on yours cost of attendance at school, your expected family contribution, and any financial aid you was already awarded. So that means if you don't attend school that much, then you will probably receive less financial aid.

Post 3: What I want to know about my topic?
As I begin researching, I have many questions on my topic. I'm sure that there will be many more things I want to ask questions about, or what I think that was interesting for me to learn. My overarching essential question is "What are the expectations to becoming a Business Manager?" To find answer to my inquiry question, I will look for answers to more specific questions, such as
1.Will I have to go to a college or university to be successful in this career?
2. How much financial aid will I need to cover the cost of my books and class?
3. Will the professors help you to the best of their power, so you can understand things if you are confused?
4.What's the highest degree that I can receive?
5.How much money will I make after receiving a degree.?
Post 2: What I already know about my topic?
I already know that I would have to go to college, in order to become a Business Manager. Also I know that I will have to got to college for at least two years at the most. I already know that it's going to require me to stay organized and neat. I also know that when working, I will have to dress in a professional way. I know that I will have to get use to speaking to people in a clearly way and not without an attitude. I know that I will have to start off working in someone else's business places, before I start working on mines. I found my information out from the career teacher that helps students out in our school.

Post 1: The story behind my topic choice
I choose my topic because I want to be a Business Manager when I grow up. I want to know whether or not will I have to go to an regular college or to an university. Im wonder I will have to get financial aid, how much will I be able to get. I wonder if it's best to stay on dorm, do online classes, or to travel back and forth everyday. I also want to know what kind of degree will I have to receive. I'm wondering if the classes for Business and Management will be hard when you take them. I wonder will I have to do on the job training. I also want to know after having a degree in that career, how much money will I make afterwards.
